Kate Beaumont’s practice is based in South Coogee, Sydney.

The foundation of wellness is a healthy dietary plan, tailored to you and your needs and goals.

Clients generally start with a one hour initial consultation. Depending on the client’s aims, Kate will ask for a food diary in advance in order for the client to get the most possible out of the session. Kate takes a holistic approach to assessing the client’s needs including their sleep, general well-being and lifestyle goals.
